STEP 1 – Let Us Know What you Need
We start the process by finding out what you are looking for via phone conversation or email. We can get started with something as simple as the materials you want and an overall project footage or get more detailed with a drawing of your layout emailed or faxed to us.
If you already know what you need, you can also send us a rough list of the materials you are looking for and we can double check it.
STEP 2 – Create an Accurate Quote
We take the information you provided us and create an itemized quote. By skipping the website shopping cart and having our knowledgeable sales team put together your quote, we avoid the risk of you ordering too much or too little for your project.

STEP 3 – Place Your Order
Once we’ve hammered out all the details of what you need, the last thing to
do is convert your quote to an invoice and place the order. To do this we will send you an email containing a checkout button as seen below.
That button will take you to our secure checkout system where you can double check all of your shipping an billing information, do a final review of your materials and then process your payment to check out.
We accept all major credit cards, checks, check-over-phone and bank wire transfers. Time from order-to-shipment will depend on the style of product you choose, but orders are typically delivered to your house in a week or less after they leave our warehouse.
Once your order departs our warehouse, our Customer Service department will reach out to
let you know the materials are on their way, review the delivery instructions and go over any final questions you may have.
